6.8	Cracking or chipping of porcelain, enamel or fibreglass surfaces
6.9	Lightweight bathtub or shower base flexes and creaks
6.10	Manufactured solid-surface countertop cracks at the drain
6.11	Toilet takes more than one flush to empty
6.12	Sewer, drains or fixtures blocked
