It is during this stage that we work with our clients to get a clear understanding of their business goals and what the client would like to achieve. We ask clients to take a step back from solutions for a moment and help us to understand the desired business and marketing goals. This understanding allows us to bring all of the possible solutions to bear and give the best possible advice for the intended target market.

Discovery is extremely collaborative. In the very early stages of a project, an intensive open-ended exchange of thoughts and ideas among team members has proven to be an extremely effective way to enhance the experience.

Design

We generate solutions

The design stage is where we generate a range of alternatives and approaches concentrating on areas suggested by our blueprint. We call these design directions. The goal in this step is to identify different design directions with potential to work effectively and then open one up to further evaluation.

Development

We build

This is the vital project phase where all the components are brought together. Quality assurance also takes place, which includes testing and a thorough review and examination of every component of the project.
 

Implementation

We deliver

During the roll-out phase, the project will undergo final preparations for its release. This involves everything from training, to hosting, to a soft launch. After final testing and sign off, the actual solution is launched.
